Refund policy / Refund criteria

Returns for standard deliveries throughout Italy

Make your return within 14 days.

If you no longer have the original packaging (plastic bag or box), don't worry, you can use any other cardboard box to make the return.

If the box you decide to use is different from the one we sent you, remember to remove all the previous labels. The only label that must be visible on the package is the one for the return to donna più Merate (waybill).

Make sure that the label is still attached to the clothing and that the product is intact.

If you want to return shoes, use the original box in which they were sent.

If we receive products that have already been used, damaged or in a different packaging from the original (shoe box, box for accessories such as wallets, watches etc.) we will not be able to proceed with a refund.

1 Pursuant to art.52 ss of Legislative Decree 06.09.2005 no. 206 (Consumer Code) and subsequent amendments, the consumer customer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

2 The consumer who, for any reason, is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the day of receipt of the Products. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by activating the RETURN procedure as per Article 10, within the term referred to in point 2.

3 The Customer must send the products to donna più Merate within 14 days from the date of activation of the RETURN procedure.

4 The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer, who may use its own courier, providing Donna Più Merate with the shipping track, or the courier indicated by Donna Più Merate. In the latter case, €7 will be deducted from the refund due to the customer for the return shipping costs.

 5 The customer can request a size change of the purchased item within 14 days from the receipt of the order, by sending an e-mail to info@donna-piu.it, indicating the order number and the requested size. The actual availability of the requested size and the procedure for the size change will be communicated. Shipping costs for size changes are charged to the customer and are set at a courtesy fee of €7. 

Only one size change is permitted. For any further requests for size changes or returns following a size change, the corresponding shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6 All items must be received in the same condition as when they were received, with the original packaging and any manuals and/or instruction booklets that are part of the package and the original packaging; it is not permitted to return the goods by any other means.

(Products with customizations cannot be returned).

7 Donna più Merate will accept the returned goods, reserving the right to ascertain that the products have been returned in their original condition and with their original packaging, that they have not been used, and that they can only be manipulated in order to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; only in this case will it forward the amount paid by the consumer for the purchase of the products.
